Solicitors Fees

Solicitors fees can often come to over a thousand pounds. Solicitors ask for a small up front charge with the balance payable on completion of the sale. We pay the up front fee for you and pay the balance upon completion of the sale.
If for what ever reason you decide to back out of the sale, you will be liable to pay the balance of the solicitors costs. We ensure that when we discuss the deal with you that you are fully aware of this before you sign any contract with us.
