Will we get the fair market value for our property?
The simple answer is that its unlikely. However, bare in mind you won't be paying the estate agent fees, which can be as much, or even more in some cases as 2% + VAT. In some cases we may offer you a very competitive offer, but we make no excuses that we are a business and are here to realise a profit.
All of our purchases we look to rent back out. We have a simple rental yield calculation that we use to work out what we can offer on your property which we are more than happy to share with you when we meet. This is the value that we will place on your property, rather than trying to drive you down to the last penny.
This we believe is a fair way to conduct our business and is where we differ from most other quick sell companies.

Which areas of the country will you buy in?
For the most part, we will buy anywhere in England and Wales. However, at the moment we are concentrating in the Peterborough area as this is the area we have the most experience in.

When you offer, are we under any obligation?
Absolutely not. There is no hard sell at all. This completely goes against our business ethos. Once we've offered, take as long as you'd like to come back to us with either an acceptance or not and feel free to ask as many questions as you need.

Our property is about to be repossessed. Can you purchase our property before this happens?
In virtually every case the answer to this is Yes! If you accept our offer, then we can instruct solicitors immediately who can converse with your bank to stop the repossession. Banks don't want to repossess your property and would much prefer you to sell it yourself.
From your perspective, it is considerably better to sell before repossession, as you won't have the difficulties of getting future loans and mortgages. Add into that, the bank just wants to get the property off their books, they may not even sell it for the mortgaged amount and then will pursue you for the difference.

I've got lots of other questions, can I call you?
Definitely. On our Contact Us tab, we have included our business number and also our mobile phone numbers. You are more than welcome to phone us any time before and during any business transaction.
We want you to feel comfortable and at ease every step of the way.
